1. Feed waste paper old carton boxes into hydrapulper through automatic feeding belt
2. Hydrapulper make the waste paper old cartons into paper pulp, and output into slurry tank
3. The paper pulp is processed by vibration screen and pulp refiner machines, and mixing evenly in the pulp storage slurry tanks
4. The fine paper pulp is feed into the automatic egg tray molding machine by the pulp pumps
5. Automatic egg tray molding machine do vacuum forming through the egg tray forming molds, the waste water from the wet egg trays is exit into the waste water tank, and the waste water is flow into pulp slurry tank and mixed with paper pulp for recycling
6. The formed wet egg trays is tranferred onto the conveying pallets of the metal oven dryer, and drying in the egg tray metal oven dryer, after drying the finished egg trays is counted and stacked automatically by the collecting machine
7. The stacked egg trays or egg carton boxes then be pressed and packed by plastic films or plastic bags for storage and transporation
8. If use the same line to make the egg cartons or coffee cup carrier trays etc, will have the hot press processing, buyer need to match the hot press machines and hot press molds, also need to replace the egg tray forming molds by the egg cartons or coffee cup carrier tray forming molds
